Overall Satisfaction with Dialpad Sell

Dialpad is one of the best Internet calling tools I have been using so far. We mostly make calls/texts using Dialpad to Healthcare workers and provide them positions in their desired specialties and locations. It has been a great experience
  • The auto call record features works great
  • The Auto transcript using the VI is a cool feature
  • The built in caller ID and previous call history all in a glance.
  • Setting status for availability or next availability.
  • A number of integration to other internet services. BTM is one of them.
  • Always updating and adding new features
  • The transcript of Voice intelligence AI works good but can be improved
  • When a recording is being played it doesn't sync well with the transcripts. Not a big issue but can be improved
  • Sometimes I encountered Voice delay even when with good internet connection
  • Rest everything seems fine. Dialpad has everything we need.
  • Dialpad has helped a lot in my career growth. I would like to thank my agency to have us this amazing tool
  • No idea of return on Investment or ROI but sure it is definitely the best calling tool used in my career

Dialpad can be very useful and can save a lot of time. I have a call-based job and have to remember a lot of things. Dialpad has completely replaced my task note as it keeps everything saved as audio as well as texts. In addition to it, we can easily get access to the analytics where it shows the summary at a glance. You can always check if your teammates are free to talk or on a call. You get unlimited server storage of your call records and transcripts.
I would recommend the Dialpad team to add the transcript and listen to the call recording feature in their mobile app.
