Overall Satisfaction with Dialpad Sell

We use Dialpad Sell all day every day. It transcribes all of our calls in real-time. The real-time assist cards help both myself and our sales reps with ensuring we listen more and talk less, which is critical in sales. God gave us two ears and one mouth for a reason. Use them accordingly. We integrate with Salesfore.com to call logging, automatic call recording logging, screen pops and more. We don't need physical phones any more for anything more than paperweights. Mobile application and soft phone applications are all we need.

Cons

  • Has bugs that sometimes delay audio, but has gotten way better.
  • DTFM tones are delayed.
  • Ring back sound is delayed.
  • It cuts our sales people's times in half when prospecting.
It's as good, but more cost effective.
