Overall Satisfaction with Dialpad Talk

We use dialpad to enable call tracking, recording, and to support remote CSRs. It allows us to spread out our phone tree across different locations. It is working well for us and integrates well with our CRM.

It's a great solution and quick to get setup. I don't know where it wouldn't work unless you don't have internet connectivity.

Very intuitive UI. Mobile app could be a little better but it's a small screen
