Overall Satisfaction with Dialpad Talk
Dialpad is been used all department, it is used by my organization to provide connectivity with our client by using US number which help for texting and calling ,one thing would be great if there was facility for Sequence text for multiple people at once with their first name ,like automated texting .
Pros
- allows me call from anywhere in USA.
- allows me send picture to any number
- it has VI feature which really interesting
Cons
- attachment of PDF file
- Uploading video on text
- reply on particular conversation should be like WhatsApp you reply on particular line
- Texting
- Calling
- Video calling
- Skype for Business (formerly Lync)
