Overall Satisfaction with Dialpad Talk
Dialpad Talk is used as a communication tool to support and assist families in the e-learning environment. I have found it to be a great tool for maintaining records of conversation via text and phone.
- It is wonderful for making phone calls.
- It sends an email when a voicemail message is left.
- Some of our families respond quicker with text so it is diverse enough that it meets the needs of my clients.
- For a new user, it is not intuitive.
- I still struggle with navigating the software.
- I wish that I could set times that the phone is on. For example, I just learned to press do not disturb, but if I forget it does not automatically come on for me.
- Being able to schedule calls would be nice.
- It has boost our level of customer service.
Microsoft Teams, but you cannot text using Teams.
