Overall Satisfaction with Dialpad Talk
It is our sole source for outbound and inbound telephone service for our company as well as video chat and group chat. It us used among two offices and allows us to video chat with clients across the country. It takes care of my concern with large apps such as Zoom.

- Ease of setup
- Above average support
- Maneuvering around to find simple functions is difficult
- Adding video callers to an existing call
- The access and need of uber conference was very difficult to get going
- Functional dashboard with everything a mouse click away
- Voice mail and messages history
- EASY to transfer calls and they DON'T get disconnected in the process.
- Much more economical than the branded apps - very cost effective
- Very much worth the cost with such great quality
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. You need an inhouse IT department to manage Nextiva. HORRIBLE customer service, HORRIBLE quality in the audio and video service. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE.
