The company I work with uses Nextiva Business Phone Service's business phone service and is set up to use throughout the entire company. I am able to access my missed phone calls and listen to phone messages just by logging into Nextiva Business Phone Service's website using my lap top while working remote. It is very convenient and hassle free!

Our educational entity started converting from POTS to IP back in 2017 and Nextiva Business Phone Service was one of the IP providers/carries certified to work with Panasonic. We have been very pleased with their level of service and commitment to assist us as we migrated all our voice communications to an IP based solution. Since then we have found their support and billing departments to be very fast and professional.

Nextiva's stellar customer service and support truly stood out. Over the past years, we encountered issues with this and our former provider. The support staff at Nextiva consistently addressed our needs with expertise and efficiency. Their software's user-friendly interface made it a breeze to learn to navigate, while the robust reporting features allowed us to analyze patterns and optimize our workforce accordingly. Another valuable aspect for us was Nextiva's adaptability to our BPO business model. Whether it was for our in-office staff or our staff in the Philippines, we could seamlessly communicate with our customers and each other via the desktop app and web browser app. This flexibility proved invaluable, especially for a small team like ours. We are also very happy to have essential features like call recording, whispers with our agents to assist them with live calls, and call routing. In terms of pricing, Nextiva offered competitive rates that allowed us to save costs while gaining access to advanced functionalities. This was the original reason why we were looking for a new provider when we came across Nextiva. So far, Nextiva's Business Phone Service has proved to be a game-changer for us at Paw.com. It not only met but exceeded our communication needs, offering reliability, convenience, and most importantly cost-effectiveness.   • Make onboarding easy and back it up with support. This lead to no service downtime for our customers while we transitioned.
  • Make their software very intuitive and user friendly while providing a good knowledgebase if you need a refresh or get stuck figuring something out on your own as I like to do.
  • Being very friendly and attentive when questions were being asked for needs we had.
  • The use of two apps when you're a supervisor. We have to use Unity and the Nextiva app instead of one app. It can be cumbersome.
  • Better integration with CRM's. We use Zendesk and it works ok as it does pull up customer records if we have their phone number on file. But it would be better if we could have more functionality from one place and have it write to the CRM directly.
  • Accept higher quality audio for greeting recordings. We had to trim the file size down several times losing a lot of audio quality in the process. Mono is fine since callers will only need to hear the one channel. But the Hz limit and file size limit were rough.
Nextiva is great for a company that is needing an upgrade in visibility to what their workforce is doing on the phones. It can provide reporting to ID patterns as well as recordings that can be used for coaching/quality assurance purposes. It can also be used well to control your workforce and maneuver their availability to the different channels you may need them on.

We use the phone systems and fax services. We have both physical phones in our physical office and home offices, along with cellphone and computer applications which allow us to answer the calls no matter where we are working on any given day. This allows us to easily communication with our clients.

The fax services is also vital to our organization as we work with the IRS who is still using fax as the primary source for communications.

We use Nextiva Business Phone Service for our phone system. Some use standard handsets others, like myself, use the desktop app and a headset. I like that I can make group changes easily and that I have options for taking calls. Depending on what I'm doing or where I am it's nice to have the regular phone, desktop app and mobile app as needed.

Nextiva Business Phone Service is user friendly and phone quality is good. We did have some issues when Nextiva Business Phone Service updated the software with support response time. However, Nextiva Business Phone Service has improved their response time and resolution of issues.

Use it at work and love to use my computer to call other offices and have caller ID on my computer. I love it and would recommend it to other businesses. The phone system is easy setup with the voice-mails and transferring calls to others are easier. the best features on the phone to me is the Caller. The caller ID compared to the caller ID on the former phones that we used puts the other Caller ID to shame.

We switched to Nextiva from a very old in-house phone system. We have several employees that work from offsite locations, and we were able to connect everyone effortlessly. The ease of set up was amazing and the onboarding team was great. Now when we need support We are very happy with the staff at Nextiva.

Since the time I signed up I was contacted with step by step instructions of what to expect, and what to do. They had someone walk me through the set up and showed me how to make changes on my own. If I had any questions with anything I had a person assigned to me (Anastatia) who would email and call me regularly to make sure I was all squared away with my services.

  • It seems to slow it down because it keeps all call history and communication.
  • Would like the ability to hear the phone ring through the speakers and the headset. The app used to allow that.
  • The portal could be more user friendly and is not that intuitive. It takes some time poking around to find what you need.
  • The reporting needs improvement especially with the date defaults.
The service has always been good with very little down time over the last 5 years. Nextiva's support team responds quickly and provides resolutions and Nextiva offers a lot of options for a fairly reasonable price. We have used other VOIP services in the past and this one is by far the best one.

We are an ISP servicing clients all over the globe. Our work is Mainly remote, as such we rely on Nextiva Business Phone Service for all of our phones. Nextiva Business Phone Service works well for us because, as a VOIP system, we can bring our phones anywhere with an internet connection and have a working desk phone. We also use the phone app when possible. There can be issues with the app, but it is getting better with every update. Nextiva's customer service is also very helpful. They are always willing to stay on the phone until an issue is resolved. Over all great service, when we run into issues it is easy to get support.

Nextiva Business Phone Service service is good for small and large businesses. It is easily scalable. It can be convenient for small businesses with the low cost and the ability to change things like your recording on your own. But the portal also excels for large businesses with their call flows and user management. The only time I would not recommend would be in a place of low internet speeds.

I wish I could write a good review, but I cannot: I have had several experiences with the Nextiva Customer Service Department, and it is more than Terrible. Agents hang up on you when they don't want to help you; I called back several times and they hung up on me more than once: Agents tell you they will call you right back and never do-ever (this happened to me several times). Being on hold for hours; Never being given an option for a call-back but instead sitting on hold for 60, 90 minutes during by Busy workday! NO, No I would not work with them simply because no one is Managing this Customer Service Division. Until they fix this I will not recommend them to any busy!

I started using Nextiva Phone service about 4 years ago. I love the service and how easy it is to use. That is the biggest reason we switched our company to them. The ease and the customer service. Both excellent! I have never received a complaint by our clients and that is what I judge any service with. If my clients are happy, I am VERY happy!
  • They get back to you quickly if there is an issue with your service or if you have a question.
  • It is easy to do and takes very little time.
  • I was able to download the app on my mobile and laptop which makes it very easy to do from anywhere.
  • Only complaint is when you try to use the online assistant, it can take a while to get to you but it's not really been that bad and if I can't wait, I will just call and get them right away.
I have already recommended the service to many other companies, and they have switched. The company my daughter works for were looking for a great service, I gave them Nextiva, and they have been using for a couple of years now.

We communicate with patients and the team using Nextiva. In order to facilitate internal communications, we do have multiple locations and extensions. Our patient communications are handled securely and efficiently via Nextiva. To handle everything on a daily basis, we also use NextivaOne. The fundamental issue that Nextiva is addressing is managing multiple and advanced communication systems. Excellent and round-the-clock technical support. We also communicate with patients, insurance companies, and other physicians using the E-FAX service.

The optimal use case for Nextiva business service is if you have numerous locations and high call volumes. Having this service is ideal for facilitating easy communication. It is possible to handle many lines, and a range of functions guarantee speedier phone and message transfers across all locations. Less appropriate when you don't have enough call volumes.

Working with Nextiva Business Phone Service from the begining has been a very pleasant expereience. They were able to take our existing older system and get us a newer, faster, stronger system. Anytime we have had hiccups or change overs, they have alaways been super quick to hop on a call and get us taken care of. I've spoken to numerous representatives over the past few years and they all have been very professional and knowledgable.

Nextiva Business Phone Service is a new and now integral part of our team's daily communication activities. We rely on it for both inbound and outbound calls. We also take advantage of the mobile app to conduct business outside of the office. The Nextiva Business Phone Service allows staff to work remotely and seamlessly, whether it's through our cell phones, laptops, desktops or the physical phone. We're able to place calls with the individual that needs to address the issues with the client or potential client so their issues are taken care of promptly (and without the need for callbacks). The upgrades in services and the support provided when necessary provides the necessary reassurance that our systems will be up and running correctly, and quickly, should there be an issue that arises.
