Our phone vendor informed us they were no longer going to offer VOIP service and gave us a few suggestions of providers to contact, Nextiva was one of those providers. During the sales interview, we were impressed with the knowledge of the team and after interviewing a few other companies, decided on Nextiva. The montly rate dropped dramatically, implementation was easy and so far customer service has been really good.
  • Hold time with customer service has been very short
  • Chat box pops up with offer to chat when searching or watching a video

  • There were several words that were spelled incorrectly on their website which was very bothersome.
  • The previous phone had a message "transfer complete" and now when I transfer a call it just disappears and I hope that I did not hang up on a customer.
  • For a non technical person, some of the explanations during the implementation process were complicated. Customer service was able to walk me through step by step which was super helpful.
We are in an industry where texting clients is not allowed so we are very phone driven. When the phones are down or not functioning correctly, we are at a disadvantage. So far the Nextiva phones have worked seamlessly and the voice quality has been good.

We like the user-friendly platform and the advanced technology for calling needs. We use Nextiva platform to connect all our staff and outside sales calls for our team.

We are a marine dockside service team, and in the past, we had multiple people chained to the office to 'man the phones'. The ease of receiving calls through one number and forwarding the call out, with a clean phone log is amazing. I love being able to return office calls with a missed log just like a cell phone. It is also really helpful to be able multiple phone tree options depending on who is working and who is on holiday.

We recently switched from a Frontier PRI - T1 to Nextiva, they were great to work with, didn't need to sign a contract and helped us all along the way to get everything converted over to their system. We were stuck in a Frontier protected territory so had very limited options and the only solution that made sense was VOIP and after comparing VOIP providers we settled on Nextiva Business Phone Service and have been happy since.

We are now able to give our superintendents in the field their own VOIP phone to carry with them from jobsite to jobsite leaving us able to easily contact and transfer calls directly to that jobsite.

When we started business in South America, and Barcelona, the NEXTIVA team was there for us. We had to carry-on a meeting at one point and the results were there without interruptions or glitches. The NEXTIVA team was there to guide us all the way prior and after our global meeting.

The beginning phase and implementation process to convert from our previous landline internet system was tedious and took several months which was shock, however, there was a great deal of communication even though the communication came from several different agents and several different platforms and spreadsheets and we are small business. I couldn't imagine how difficult it would be for a business with hundreds of employees or several different chains of call flows and sub schedules.

Once the implemtation occured, there were few snags, and we hit the ground running. Any sort of issues that we encountered we were able to quickly change or fix by logging in to software and managing through the basic web site and just messing around in the various screens. Customer service was easy to get to most times and did not have long waits and we have not had a time when service has been down unless the internet was down locally through our own internet service provider in our direct neighborhood.

Larger companies would need a really strategic plan and very descriptive call flow worked out of what they would need before beginning any sort of talks with a company like this. In my opinion. We had very few needs and it took us so many back and forth conversations and changes and spreadhseets, it was months before we could get it right and we have less than 10 employees in our office and very few days we are closed during the year due to the nature of our business.

We are a small remote business and the Nextiva Business Phone Service system satisfies all of our needs. No hardware is required and a mobile phone or laptop is easily compatible. Setup is easy and our customers have never complained about a bad connection or dropped call.
Anytime we ever had a small issue or question, Nextiva Business Phone Service support has been very helpful. This is definitely a product I would recommend.

Nextiva Business Phone Service is a perfect product for a small business. It's reasonably priced and you don't pay more until your company grows. In addition, there is no hardware required. Part of our remote team uses their laptop to receive and make calls, other team members use their mobile phone. I can't think of a feature that our business would need that Nextiva Business Phone Service doesn't already provide.

We use Nextiva Business Phone Service for voice and FAX, and we were able to totally eliminate our VOIP phone system which consisted of hardware based equipment. They allow for access via the web or using the app from anywhere. We now have one integrated solution that is easy for everyone to use.

Switched from POTS to Nextiva Business Phone Service over 5 years ago. Has performed flawlessly, and voice mail (auto attendant) is fabulous.

But in each case, knowledgeable support staff found the problem and resolved it!

Our company uses Nextiva Phone Systems in all the offices, and since its inception, we have been satisfied. There's never any service issue and there has never been static on the phone. The phones must work consistently and without issue. Whenever I needed to call customer service, I did not have to wait to speak with someone. They answered the phone quickly and addressed my issue without complaints.

It is our primary phone system for our offices. Receive calls, route to voicemail, forward to cellphones when working remote. Conference calls in individual offices and in group meetings to augment videoconferencing. This was the solution we choose to replace outdated equipment that was over 10 years old and wanted to outsource the infrastructure for the phone system.

We are a charter school. We were using an analog line through a national phone company. We need to expand and update our phone services to VoIP. Nextiva's pricing compared very well with what we were already paying for less service. Before the switch, teachers had to go to the main office to contact parents by phone. Switching to Nextiva allowed us to put a phone in every classroom, making communication for our teachers much easier. Now, they can make parental calls from the classrooms. Having the push-to-talk option also has been great for classroom communication.

We have about 60 Polycom phones distributed in 5 satellite offices and managed by a vendor and myself. The phones have been relatively easy to setup, easy to distribute to other offices with no glitches. Easy to forward and retrieve messages.

I am just a user, but sometimes I am asked to make a few changes in our Nextiva account for some of our employees. Nextiva team is great because it allows us to text each her own telephone number so we don’t need to give any customers are private information.

Nextiva is what my employer uses and has us techs use as an app on our phones to take and make work calls. The app is easy to use and the connections stay solid. No complaints.

My office have been using Nextiva phone service since opening the office. We utilize all the features that the service offers. The fax feature is very easy the follow and use. I haven’t run across any issues with the service that would cause any problems or issues with daily usage. The phone is about 95% of our business due to referral or outbound calls.

I use Nextiva auto attendant to route calls for my main line to employees with each employee also having their own individual phone number set up with voicemail. They also provide a fax number for the company for the few times a year it is needed. I use the Yealink phone with Nextiva.

  • Their web based admin is usable and works well with no glitches but would appreciate a facelift as far as layout.
I started with another phone company starting with the letter O. I spent at least 20 hours trying to get their phone service to work properly. They issued me a number that wasn't properly assigned to them. After a month or two I gave up and found Nextiva. Nextiva got everything correct the first time and were upfront with all pricing.

We’re a small start up logistics and trucking company. Nextiva has allowed us to give off a bigger company image with its business line service. Calls are flawless. Now customers can call us on our main line or the toll free number. Which is great before I was using Google Voice and didn’t get a number in my area. With Nextiva we got a local number. Thanks

We utilize Nextiva Daily for our business. We also use the IM and recording feature everyday. The cost is much lower than we were used to paying and the customer service is always looking for ways to assist. Updates are rolled out regularly and fixes for glitches are resolved in a reasonable amount of time also.

We are a smaller company with less than 10 employees but this service works well for us and gives us the ability to communicate with each other with out having to call someone or email them. Nextiva makes it possible to get our phone lines thoughout our company in sync. This company makes it easy for people to contact our business. The company allows us to route calls accordingly easily through the system. They make it possible to retrieve calls in a timely manner with the routing of calls . I haven’t seen an issue that they cannot resolve in a timely manner .

I had a phone down and needed to reset and the staff was really kind working to get it fixed.I believe this phone system is perfect for a growing business.
