Dialpad Talk allows easy access to phone calls and SMS to applicants of our program. With the ability to record calls, our sales team is able to study up and improve our processes as a team.
- Efficient- Breeze through 100+ calls per day with an easy to use interface.
- Strong Connection - Calls rarely, if ever, have dropped. And are typically high in quality each time.
- Good integration with other tools for tracking.
- So far I am satisfied with all functionality, except maybe take away the incoming calls alert when on a call. That can get distracting at times, it's also something I may be able to change in settings.
- Recording feature and added call transcript, helps for coaching.
- More contact with applicants, great ROI.
