Overall Satisfaction with Dialpad Talk
We use Dialpad [Talk] for our law office’s phone system. One of the things we really like about it is that were able to use it on a slew of different devices including computers, smart phones and even on tablets. it helps us maintain communication with clients, attorneys and others even while we’re on the go to a different court houses.
- Call quality is always exceptional
- The app up time has been 100% in my experience
- The conference call abilities are a little limited in my experience.
- There have on occasion been bugs that have caused me to missed calls.
- Apps on multiple platforms
- Ability to conference call with multiple other lines
- I don’t think this question is particularly relevant here
- Dialpad [Talk] provides phone services, the ROI on that is obvious.
- Clearly having a phone is a positive impact on the business
