Overall Satisfaction with Dialpad Talk

We use Dialpad Talk for calls and information from customers. The product allows me to take calls no matter where I am as well as respond by text. I also receive a typed document of the call for our records.

Pros

  • The ability to take calls wherever I am
  • The ease of seeing who called and recording
  • The ability to build a calling list

Cons

  • We have not used Dialpad for conference calls, as of yet
  • The ability to take calls outside the office
  • Recordings
  • We are a new IT company and having the ability to be flexible, using the latest technology for us and our customers is important.
Their customer service was very poor. I never had the opportunity to speak directly with a rep, it was done through a live chat or email.

Dialpad is well suited for businesses that the flexibility of a VoIP without the high cost and contracts. The representatives have been very responsive, friendly and helpful when I call.
