Overall Satisfaction with Dialpad Talk

The Dialpad Talk system has been incredibly helpful and resourceful for us here at Big Brothers Big Sisters. Along with just being a reliable telephone system, we've been able to integrate all of our clients records into our Salesforce program, almost seamlessly! So, along with the transcription technology, the program's done really well of keeping track of our call log history, and helping us better organize our interactions with the lovely people we service on a day-to-day business.

Why Google Voice has some neat features, it really isn't designed for the purposes of providing efficiency in a workplace setting. Dialpad Talk has really made it easier for employees to focus more on providing effective solutions and services to our clients, and less focus on keeping track of notes and documentation, as the product's features has made it easier to access past conversations and keeping track of important information.

One of my favorite things about Dialpad Talk is how it is also available as a smartphone app, a computer app, and still remain accessible via the web browser. This provides me with so many different options on how to keep in contact with my clients, from any platform I utilize, especially when I am transitioning from the office, to my work space at home, or even if I am out and about in outside.
