Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Really happy with Dialpad, friendly user experience and support is really helpful. Pricing good and call recordings accessible.

There are a few features which need improvement, sometimes the app buttons can be delayed on Mac OS, call recordings can be hard to find, and there is a delay when answering calls on mobile devices.

Overall, for the cost we're really happy with the setup and will continue to use Dialpad for the foreseeable.

Really good for being able to make and take calls wherever you're connected to the internet. Really good talk quality. Good choice of corporate numbers you can use, has good direct dial abilities and lots of options for managing larger teams and departments with call groups and call transferring.

May be less appropriate in cases where you will be using a mobile device for most of your calls.
