Overall Satisfaction with Dialpad Talk

Dialpad has been an easy to use, easy to implement, and cost effective telephony product. I have used it at multiple companies and it has served me well for my voice, call center, and SMS needs. The Google integration makes adding new users easy, the mobile client is easy to use and reliable, and the call center features were just what I needed.

It stacks up well. It has the same or more features at a very competitive price point.

Definitely suited best for small to medium implementations. It does meet most call center needs, but is best fit for supporting departmental needs. Voicemail transcription could be better, but I find that could be said of most, so it's not a deal breaker by any means. Overall this is a great product that has gotten even better over the years.
