Overall Satisfaction with Dialpad Talk
I use the mobile app almost exclusively for my business. The ability to automatically log calls in HubSpot is a huge time saver. Departments are a nice feature, but the requirement to have three user accounts to upgrade to Pro is frustrating when I only need one user account. Other than that the support and call quality is good.
Pros

Cons
- It's expensive for the Pro account, which is required for most features
- Text messages are hard to find in HubSpot since they don't show up under the contact's activity feed
- HubSpot integration
- Automatic call logging saves time
