Overall Satisfaction with Diamond Mind

As an independent school, we utilize Diamond Mind for many aspects of payment management across campus. Specifically, in my department, we use Diamond Mind to collect payments for trips our performing ensembles plan on taking. Our business office sets our department up with an account, and parents can easily make payments towards their Music in the Parks performance, or for larger trips outside of the country. Our campus uses Diamond Mind for payments in all departments.

  • Mobile Payments
  • Costly (but honestly the quality is worth it)
  • Can be difficult to set up for some parents that are not as tech-savvy
  • No signature capture options
  • No recurring billing
  • We can easily collect money without losing checks in office drawers (this has happened).
  • Everyone gets a receipt of payment.
  • Customer support is worth the cost of using the program.
Diamond Mind is made specifically for independent schools to use for a myriad of payment collecting situations. It is perfectly suited for our small independent school as we are able to easily roll this out for all parents. Because it is used campus-wide for many things, like adding money to a student account, paying for trips, and more, our parents and families are used to using this program to make payments to the school.
