DISCO is the best place for your discovery documents

We manage documents for a number of our cases using DISCO. We do document reviews and a small number of document productions from disco. Primarily use it for review and tagging of documents shared across the team.

Simplicity, speed, and the intuitive nature of searching as well as the use of the filtering and timelining features for documents by type or emails by date. the timeline/histogram. that has proven very useful for identifying clusters of discussions of specific issues in time and then finding relevant documents and players.

The value is in the predictability of the pricing.

Well, it is quite useful that we can add our own documents ourselves. we don't have to wait to get reviewed documents. we can also add and modify tags, search highlights, etc. basically the ease with which we can manage our own e-discovery effort with little need for outside assistance. this makes things quicker and more readily customized.

Generally have not used them.

We used managed review in the past when we had a team of reviewers. while we found it easy to set up and use. We don't typically operate in such large teams. but again, when we used it it was easy to set up and manage.
