Overall Satisfaction with Docebo Learning Platform
Docebo Learning Platform is our learning management system. We use it to load eLearning SCORM files, track learner activity, and send messages to learners regarding their training. We also house training documents on the platform.
Pros
- Reporting learner completion
- Allows administrators to log in as users or example user profiles for troubleshooting or demonstration purposes
- Relatively easy to navigate as an administrator
Cons
- No gamification or AI coaching tools
- Difficult for managers to view their team's upcoming training
- No adaptive learning options
- Very expensive
- Hard to find reporting on individual learner progression
- In my opinion, content library provider is awful
- I think the Searchability is severely lacking
- Able to track learning for compliance purposes, which eliminate s audit risks/lost records
- One stop area for all training documents and courses, reduces confusion and missed learning modules
Docebo Learning Platform keeps audit records of when admins update course content, but Workday allows skill tagging. Workday also makes it easy for administrators to insert quizzes into videos, which is tracked directly in the system. Both systems lack AI integration and other features that can be found on more modern platforms. Overall, Docebo Learning Platform is better for reporting purposes.
