Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I used DocuSign during my onboarding process. I didn't have to sign a physical document, scan it and send it over as everything could be done easily in DocuSign. So, it definitely saved a lot of time while giving a seamless experience.

Easy navigation.
Friendly Interface.
Upload feature is plus.

Took long time to respond when I used it last time. Might be internet issue but not sure.
Service and support can be improved.

Easy to navigate all contracts (what's the status and who's left to sign, who's is yet to open the document).
Going paperless and streamlining digital transformation of processes.

Alternatives Considered

I haven't evaluated other products similar to DocuSign. I have used Adobe Sign once but I am not in a position to review it against DocuSign since I only used Adobe Sign once.

Likelihood to Recommend

Any organization that has a lot of contracts to manage can be benefitted from DocuSign. It was very easy to track my contracts when I used them. Also, it can save a lot of time during the contract lifecycle as many things are automated by it and it eliminates the need for human interference.
