Overall Satisfaction with DocuSign CLM, formerly SpringCM

We actually needed it when Covid happened and forced everyone to work from home - not that I'm complaining by any means, I love working from home. But ... our finance department and our contractors needed a legit form of signature to be able to process invoices and make payments. There are actually a lot of things that require legit signatures when dealing with our organization. This fit our need.
  • It's user friendly.
  • I've honestly never had an issue with the software.
  • We got a rep available if we ever had any issues which was nice.
  • I mean, it's a pretty easy and straightforward software. Use it when I need to sign a document for a vendor or invoice.
  • Easy to use; even our more - seasoned - employees don't have issues.
  • It wasn't very expensive, not sure if that's a feature.
  • They have good customer service.
  • We could continue to process payments during WFH/Covid.
  • It somehow made the document seem more secure.
DocuSign was the more secure and accepted signature platform. A lot of our vendors would actually require we use it and initially would send the document over already signed by them with DocuSign.

Do you think DocuSign CLM delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with DocuSign CLM's feature set?

Yes

Did DocuSign CLM live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of DocuSign CLM go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy DocuSign CLM again?

Yes

I only use it if a secure form of signature is required. Otherwise I just use Adobe Sign in the PDF. One has like a date/time stamp that cannot be edited, the other is like here you go it's my signature but not as formal.
