Overall Satisfaction with Dovetail
research repository, video transcription , everytime we will import our video to Dovetail, generate transcript, and use it to tag important insights and themes. It's been super helpful.

Cons
- Navigation: navigation seems to get more messier with the new design
- AI: it's confusing and overwhelming sometimes for AI detect snippets. e.g. I didn't get the flow to accept AI suggested snippets and actually lost several tagged snippets
- time saving to get insights
- time saving to get persuasive customer quotes and videos
transcription is useful. AI highlight UI is confusing. AI search also didn't seem to work well.
we add other non-researcher to Dovetail for them to view videos
