Overall Satisfaction with Dovetail
We use Dovetail to store, analyze and review our interviews with the customers. We try to extract tendencies from the customers' needs and challenges using our products. We also use Dovetail to share insights among all the stakeholder of the organization and create reports in this regard. It help us to clusters all the insights in one single place from different research trends.

Cons
- AI features - poor capacity to auto tag
- AI features - improve the summarization of insights (from generic to specific quote)
- Simplify integration of Metadata
- Help to centralize data
- Easier to share insights
Very poorly. I am very disappointed by the accuracy of those features. I use them from time to time to have an overview but I think the results is often to generic or innacurate
It makes it easier for all the stakeholder to access insights
I tried this product and must say I think the AI features are way better here and more accurate
