Overall Satisfaction with DraftSight

DraftSight is the only CAD drafting software that is so easy to use as AutoCAD. You can even use the AutoCAD commands and default functions. It works accurately and securely for a fraction of the price of AutoCAD. We are using SOLIDWORKS for 3D design, and DraftSight is a great addition for all our 2D draft work and CAM uses. I can recommend it for anyone looking for easy to use and accurate CAD software.

There are some alternatives like AutoCAD LT, or Nano CAD, but it is more expensive, or it doesn't include all the functionality.
DraftSight is great software to make 2D drafts, also if you have to work with DWG or DXF files. We are using it to make manufacturing drawings, drawings for the cutting patterns
