Overall Satisfaction with DraftSight

DraftSight is used by the whole engineering office as their first-choice 2D drawing software. We use it daily for our tasks connected to equipment and manufacturing processes (e.g., footprints in our plants, checking technical solutions from our external supplier, developing ideas and solutions for machines, visualization of internally produced components). It is the main software used by manufacturing project leaders.

DraftSight is a really good tool for drawing and handling industrial equipment as requested by our job. It is light and easy to use for quick evaluations as well as for more in-depth designing. It is used for designing the working areas inside the plants, considering available spaces and dimensions.
