Use Cases and Deployment Scope

The only thing that I do not like about Dropbox sign is how many emails I receive from a document getting "viewed". I have sent those to spam because every once in a while, I do need the verification that a customer has seen it and has chosen not to sign it.

Pros and Cons

As long as you have the documents uploaded it is very quick to use.
Links to jobs so we don't have to enter in so much info.
Easy to use interface.

option to view who has signed instead of getting emails regularly.

Return on Investment

Able to get a work authorization signed before the crew leaves office (saves time and money).

Usability

I wouldn't change anything except to have a box to check for when I want to see contracts that have been viewed.

I have not had any issues with it. It works exactly as I was told it would.

I have not had a bad experience with it yet, and it is perfect for everything we do. If I could improve the speed at which customers go to sign it, that would be my only complaint.
