Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox Sign

I currently use Dropbox Sign weekly. I run a large-scale influencer program where I need lots of contracts tracked and signed. Dropbox Sign has allowed me to stay on top of when Influencers have viewed and ultimately signed our contracts. It super easy to create templates and one-off documents for signature. I love the feature that remind a busy influencer that we are still awaiting their signature.

  • When working with an influencer who has an agent, the agent might want to review prior to the influencer reviewing and signing, so having a viewer but not a signer approve the doc before the other party gets it would be helpful.
  • sometimes logging in is difficult and the page doesn't always load.
  • Would like a phone number text box as an option instead of "fill in text box".
  • Less scanned docs in my inbox!
  • No more trying to track down PDFs.

I found this to be super user-friendly and easy to teach other teammates how to use in 5 minutes. I use it frequently, and there was little to no learning curve with this product. I also find that document signers have no problem navigating the documents we need them to review.
I have not tried to use this product beyond its normal templating and forms. I don't have experience with API integrations but the templating and forms are very easy to use and configure. Our legal team created a template and it was easy to upload and use.

Cross functionally this product is great and the reminders/ email notifications are super helpful. Also signers who are not familiar with Dropbox sign have no problem using the tool. I find it super user friendly. I have found its a little harder to use when a signer has an agent (not a party signing the doc) and the agent wants to review prior to the person signing.
