Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I have used many signing services, and hello sign is by far the easiest to use and most reliable. I love that it auto-detects fields from a PDF as this greatly saves time in sending standard IRS, SBA, or our own documents as we only have to add a signature field and don't have to add every single field like we have had to do with other signing services. Also, our clients constantly report that they find it very easy to sign in on their phones.

Works well on mobile devices.
Auto detects PDF fields.
Is very easy to use and auto fills emails as you type them.

Cons

Doesn't recognize signature fields in PDFs.
Signing links don't support multiple signers.
Doesn't work well with word docs.

Return on Investment

Greatly increased conversion.
Reduced labor costs.
Makes client interactions much faster.

Usability

Very easy to teach our contractors to use it, we have had absolutely no issue bringing our team up to speed and everyone has been able to figure it out.

Product Configurability

Very configurable, not familiar with the API but we use the templates a ton.

Alternatives Considered

eversign and DocuSign

Hellosign the easiest out of the class that we use. It is just super quick. We use eversign to get some extra templates, but it is pretty clunky for sending contracts.

Likelihood to Recommend

It is well suited to any business which has its customers fill out or sign documents. It is good for both contracts and applications and information gathering. Also good for contractor docs. Not sure what it isn't suited for as it fills all of our needs. We use it a ton.

Hellosign Sign (now Dropbox Sign) is the best signature service we have used by far and we send out dozens of documents a day and use the link templates.
