We use Endpoint Protection to backup our laptops and Phoenix to backup our NAS and VMware loads.

Cons
- Initial setup was problematic
- Difficult to restore data. Takes too much time.
- Displaced onsite backup (Veeam) saving cost and complexity.
- Backup directly to the cloud achieves our ransomware goals with little onsite infrastructure to support backups.

Much more complexity and onsite storage required.

Yes - Kind of. I was given a work around. One problem was never resolved.
Druva exports for large datasets could not be downloaded. Druva supplied a "workaround" that allowed us to get our exports done.
