Overall Satisfaction with Druva inSync

It is being used by end users for endpoint backup across our organization. It addresses the business problem of users losing critical work files if something happens to their machine, or file retention if something is deleted accidentally.
  • Automated
  • Versioning
  • Quiet
  • AD integration
  • Easier to deploy to an enterprise with 0 user interation
  • Offload backup storage to the cloud
Druva helps us easily set our retention policies.
Druva inSync is much easier to use and navigate. Also much faster.
There were some issues setting up a CloudCache, it was never able to be scripted into the install, we ended up scrapping the CloudCache and went straight Cloud.

Do you think Druva Data Resiliency Cloud delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Druva Data Resiliency Cloud's feature set?

Yes

Did Druva Data Resiliency Cloud live up to sales and marketing promises?

No

Did implementation of Druva Data Resiliency Cloud go as expected?

No

Would you buy Druva Data Resiliency Cloud again?

Yes

It is well suited in large and small scale operations that use physical desktops. It is however a bit clunky with AD users, it requires the connector to be pointed at a folder where all User Objects reside. It cannot use a group, or dig into sub OUs. We have a split between VDI and physical desktops.
