Overall Satisfaction with Druva inSync

It's used to backup our Office 365 mail, OneDrive and SharePoint data.

Pros

  • Ease of use
  • Good Office 365 support
  • Flexible in setting up different backup configurations

Cons

  • SharePoint site backup was a challenge
  • Retention of deleted users could be better
  • Improve our backup solution
Veeam backup and they didn't support backup of SharePoint sites.
Overall, pretty happy with the cost and functionality that Druva inSync provides
