Overall Satisfaction with Duo Security

We use Duo Security for two factor authentication for quite a few applications in our organization. We use Duo when signing into remote access vpns, pcs, laptops, certain software in our environment and just recently our access control system. It is a great tool that has helped us to become more secure.

  • Ease of use has positive impact.
Duo seemed to integrate with the way we were doing things. Having push notifications is a huge plus as it helps with ease of use.
I have not had the chance to work with Duo Security support but colleagues of mine were impressed.

Getting push notifications sent to your iPhone and Apple watch is extremely helpful at making the process of authenticating seamless. Adding the extra layer of security only improves the safety of the business.
