Overall Satisfaction with Duo Security

We implemented Duo Security to change from and old user/password authentication, to a more modern MFA solution (finally zero trust).

It was an easy process, we did everything on our own, the guides are well written. The user experience is also good; the app is easy, and having a push notification just to accept (or deny!) on your phone is much easier than having to insert a code manually.

Duo Security is very easy to use and configure. The documentation is very good, as well as the support and the community.
We switched from a situation where users where getting phished, losing their credentials, potentially disrupting activities to a situation where zero trust is enforced at all levels (for instance, administrators also have to use Duo Security to login on network equipment).
The few times I have asked them, I was provided with a good and fast solution.
I raised an urgency ticket, got contacted by Duo Security a few minutes after to fix it.
Costs and previous knowledge.
I think that Duo Security is a very good solution for every kind of enterprises.
