Overall Satisfaction with Duo Security

Now there is an extra layer of security to our work and data. We are pretty much convinced that our data is totally safe with us and won’t be leaked or compromised. Authentication feature has made it so easy for us to secure our work everyday. We use it almost every day.

Multi-factor authentication to log into our servers helps us to integrate our other passwords which provides satisfaction to all our end users and admins. When working remotely (especially during this pandemic), it presents a lot of security risk or data breach but this tool is a great solution to that problem.
Multi-factor authentication has helped us in identifying the users that are only associated with our organisation. Suppose someone tries to log in to our systems to hack the systems or something, even if he has a username or password, he won’t be able to log in because every time we login we have set an OTP feature which will only be accessible to the registered emails. By this way we come to know that someone has been trying to login.
Support team is great. Ready to answer all our questions. Help page is also accessible and comes really handy when we need a walkthrough for some of the features that are not known to us. Instead of sending emails with our queries, we can easily search for our problems on the help page.
Their support team is always exceptional. They provide first class attention to their users. Experience has been very good and satisfactory till now. They always have been giving best tips to increase security and privacy. Once they very well explained how their multi-factor authentication works with a real life example.
Duo Security has everything that we need. Didn’t find any missing feature. Quality of support as I mentioned before, is amazing. Easy to set up and use as compared to others. Pleasurable in terms of doing business with. Provides multi device sync and also backs up data. Authentication types like token, factor, etc. are outstanding.
