Overall Satisfaction with Dynamo Software

Our firm has various product and servicing offering that require a tools that allows us to consolidate all our data into a single source. After a due diligence process with several vendor, we select Dynamo as that tool. We utilize it for Investor Reporting/Portal, Document collection and data
extraction, CRM, Fund Administration and Client Reporting
The system’s configurable nature makes it a dynamic solution for addressing business-specific needs. Additionally, the intuitive design of the data queries allow us to find what we need and self-source most items. Finally, the ability to manage
the majority of configuration needs in-house enables us to resolve user requests in a timely manner. Dynamo also listens to customer feedback and consistently deliver
helpful upgrades.
