Ease of use for your team
Overall Satisfaction with Dynatrace
We are currently using Dynatrace to monitor our hybrids' websites. Many of our IT and e-comm teams use this daily to find any issues. Before we could not delve deep enough to find problems. With Dynatrace that is resolved more accurately.
Pros
- Ability to delve into JVM processes.
- Alerts for when transaction take longer than expected.
- Ability to also monitor other os services is a great advantage for us.
Cons
- Not really a need for improvements as this is a need for us to train more.
- Definitely need more training on all aspects that we can sign up for.
- Great that we can see any issue with our sites and drill down to the problem.
- Dashboard that can be configured to each user
