Overall Satisfaction with Dynatrace

Dynatrace is being used across the whole organisation to monitor, detect errors, and make business decisions to buy better hardware and increase customer satisfaction. Because Dynatrace is an all in one product it solves almost all of our needs when it comes to application administration and project management needs.

Pros

  • Data reports are amazing
  • Easy to set up and detect problems
  • Very easy to customize to fit your needs
  • Detect customer satisfaction by tracking user session and being able to review them

Cons

  • Really I’ve only been using it for four months and can't find any
  • We had horrible up time numbers and Dynatrace turned that around in under four months to a 99.9 percent uptime
Application [that's] constantly crashing or having issues - Dynatrace can help pinpoint the problems.
