Dynatrace is used by our IT developers to monitor services, processes, and our infrastructure.
- It alerts on anomalies and stops them from trending.
- It monitors the infrastructure and reports on issues.
- It is easy to deploy.
- The reporting feature needs to be enhanced.
- Security can be improved.
- Administration can be improved.
- Help improved mean time to return.
- Quick deployment helped us save time.
I have not personally had experience with other similar products, yet.
