Dynatrace is used to measure and monitor our application performance and our customer's experience. Dynatrace helps us to identify issues in our environment and get to a root cause quickly. We rely on the Dynatrace AI to evaluate large amounts of data from our complex environment and provides good insight at a glance.

- Better adoption rate with ease of use.
Dynatrace captures all pure paths vs. sampling. They have an aggressive roadmap and I like where they are going with the product. OneAgent makes the installation fairly painless.
