Overall Satisfaction with Dynatrace
Dynatrace is being used by one vertical within the IT organization. The vertical includes manufacturing, This is a new expansion to most of the teams but we are rolling this out to more of our company as we prove it's value to the organization as a whole. Feedback has been very good so far!
- Problem detection.
- Real user monitoring.
- Pricing is being outpaced by competitors.
- Legacy system support (AS400 Support).
- There was a bug that brought down manufacturing which was not great.
- Problem detection is great.
Azure Application insights seems to stack up pretty similarly but are much cheaper. Most everything else I have seen does not seem to compare to Dynatrace.
