Overall Satisfaction with Dynatrace

I try to make Dynatrace famous across the whole organization. For now, only a few teams of developers use it. We use Dynatrace mostly to measure end-user performance.
  • Waterfall analysis for performance insights
  • PurePath
  • Live Chat support
  • Custom metric ingesiton
Dynatrace has better PHP microservice monitoring than AppDynamics. There is also no sampling.
Live Chat support staff prefer to send links to documentation rather than really helping to solve an issue.
