Overall Satisfaction with Dynatrace
We use Dynatrace to speed detection of problems and resolution in addition to explore key user metrics and information in an easily digestible format
Pros
- Always delivering new features based on customer requests
- Anomaly detection “out of the box” so you know when parts of an application become slow or unavailible
- Rich support for plugin and API integrations for flexibility
Cons
- Ability to use the deep inspection of .NET and java objects to do counts and transaction tracking across application layers
- Positive impact on finding problems we “didn’t know we had”. Other than a frustrated customer calling in before we had no way to know when specific users had issue. Now it is easily visible
- Positive impact on bringing Dev and Ops together due to visualization of infrastructure to dev teams and application dehavior and user sessions to Ops
