Overall Satisfaction with e-automate

We use e-automate to streamline business operations, automate processes, and improve overall efficiency. It is used for most aspects of our technology company, including supply ordering, recording meter readings, inventory management, and invoicing. It is also used to manage customer contracts. This allows for automated billing, renewals, and tracking contract profitability.It also integrates with our CRM to provide the most accurate information to our sales team.

e-automate puts all the information you need to see for a customer's contract in one place. it reduces time trying to track down all the pertinent information
Everything is seamless. It makes collaboration a lot easier when everyone is working with the same tools and from the same playbook

Being in the office technology industry for 10 years, I can't imagine doing any of our day to day business without e-automate. Every administrative position in almost every department uses it. I would imagine it wouldn't be nearly as efficient for a company in a different sector. But for our industry, it sets the standard
