Overall Satisfaction with e-automate

I am a sales representative for triangle business systems. We provide copiers and printers for business, service, and supplies. We help them with their Office needs to make sure they’re day To day operations run efficiently. I use e-automate to keep track of potential new customers, meetings, and current accounts. It helps me plan out my next days as well as future tasks, and follow up when needed.

Pros

  • Easy to navigate
  • Let’s you filter down what’s needed
  • Notes section is good

Cons

  • System Glitches, you have to log out and back in to see correct data
  • Mobile app interface can be better
  • No way to create a lead or opportunity from task screen
  • It always me to stay in contact with about 20 people a day
We can quickly view what customers are on contract and details in a matter of seconds compared to finding hard files

e-automate can be better when trying to fill out information or navigating screens. Overall good for loading information in on the computer, it needs a way to show higher priority tasks first when viewing
