Overall Satisfaction with e-automate

We use e-automate as our ERP, it handles our customer base and service calls. We use it for equipment management and sales orders.

This has made our contract management easier to handle, we find it easy to build and manage contracts.
It has made it easier to navigate through one system because we can cross reference items within e-automate.

We have been able to use e-automate for service history and the ability to understand what parts have been placed into a machine prior to sending a tech out in the field.
