Overall Satisfaction with e-automate

Our company uses e-automate for all aspects of our print division from billing to mobile tech, credit card payments contract management, inventory logistics and more. We also use other applications to derive our data to make better decisions. Having e-automate we have really been able to streamline our business and take a lot of manual tasks out which has led to more consistency across our business.

We have brought in all contracts for service and leases. This gives us great oversight into our pipeline. Having the ability to add escalators - leases and base fees have brought more profit to our company.
Much better oversight for the management team. Our admin team also is now much more productive and can report to the owners in a more efficient way.

Great for our database, does not fully integrate with our connectwise and the CRM is okay but a bit dated.
