Overall Satisfaction with e-Builder

Used to support the capital project delivery process at the University. Utilize workflow, cost, schedule and document management. Have multiple integrations in place to reduce redundancy and increase efficiency.

Cons

  • The capital planning module could be enhanced.
  • More reporting options for advanced users would be great.
  • Performance has been improving, which is good.
  • Delivery processes are more transparent for project teams.
  • Management of project documentation.
We like e-Builder over competitors because it is easier to manage and navigate workflows with.
Good overall support but resolution times can sometimes be slow.
