Overall Satisfaction with Easy Projects

Easy Projects is currently being used by our entire marketing department.

Pros

  • Solid project management tool
  • Easy to maintain clear and clean records
  • Provides a collaborative workspace

Cons

  • User interface can be somewhat clunky if you are new to it
  • The search function isn't the best
  • I can't really answer this since I'm not in charge of this aspect of the tool

Easy Projects is a solid project management tool for all types of organizations. It helps you stay on top of all of your projects in one easy-to-use interface. I do think the tool works best when you have one administrator responsible for creating the projects that all other users can plug into. Easy Projects allows our team to work cross-functionally on various types of projects.
