Overall Satisfaction with Ellucian CRM Advance

Ellucian Advance CRM is being used currently throughout our company in all departments. This program is extremely helpful in making sure all departments are on the same page as everyone else. One person updates it and we all get to see that update.

Pros

  • Easy to look up info on our students
  • Shared across the campus and other campuses

Cons

  • Sometimes it has delays, which makes it hard to update the info
  • This program is internet based so if the internet goes down we cannot access this program
  • Nothing really negative to report. Ellucian makes our company flow better.
Bryant and Stratton College chose to use both these programs. They are both so efficient for our company.
CRM Advance is very efficient and overall a great product. We have been using CRM for many many years with really no complaints. It fits our needs.

A potential student calls in and we can enter all the information in CRM right then. Ellucian CRM Advance makes it easy for when we go back a week later to see all the notes on the student rather than asking them all over again. Admissions takes the call and enters all info into CRM Advance and then Academics can just log in and see all the notes Admissions took on the student.
