To maintain transparency with the compliance team. To maintain the scope and road map for professional development. Easily to apply and look after you leave data and leave projections. Transparency to the Team manager to guide the team member with the required steps to achieve their goals. Easy access to all the career opportunities to apply within the organization. ELMO is very good and helpful.
