Overall Satisfaction with ELMO Software

As an employee, I find it a very good 'one-stop-shop' for any employment matters. It helps me keep track of my professional development. I just finished my performance appraisal using the software and I found it very user-friendly. Using the 'leave' functions I found it a bit clunky and not so user-friendly.

Pros

  • Performance appraisal.
  • Keeping track of professional development.
  • Ensuring my personal details are up to date with my workplace.

Cons

  • The leave processes - not intuitive.
  • It has been helpful
Great for users except for the leave - was not intuitive.
ELMO is specifically an HR software and it is best suited for this

Good to have all the HR stuff related to my job in one place. Great to have the record of PD all in one place. Good that I can update my own personal records to ensure the organisation has my latest contact information etc... The leave processes were not that user-friendly and for whatever reasons we no longer use these forms via ELMO Software.

Using ELMO Software

120 - We are a healthcare facility. Much of our staff are clinical. ELMO works well for HR functions for the staff, keeping all of the information in one place.
