Overall Satisfaction with EMS Software
EMS is used by the School of Medicine by 2K+ users. We manage and maintain over 50K bookings annually for the school in 130+ spaces.
- We love the reporting. We run daily and weekly reports which are used by 5 service providers.
- We add staff set up and take down times to each event.
- We run monthly metrics and billing reports out of EMS.
- We are currently testing the web client. EMS does not work well for Mac Users. We need the web client functionality returned because there is no solution for Mac Users.
- Extremely positive impact. We have a growth of 60% over the last 5 years, and we would never be able to keep up with the growing demand if we did not have EMS scheduling software. The visibility and user-friendly requesting systems, along with the dashboard capabilities, have made for greater efficiencies.
EMS has the functions we needed and the customer service is better. We had problems with customer service with R25.
